Entrepreneurship Week in Bashkortostan: New Opportunities for Business

From May 26 to 30, Bashkortostan hosted Entrepreneurship Week as part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy." Over 100 speakers conducted 60 events focused on the development of small and medium-sized businesses. This year, the emphasis shifted to quality growth:

• increasing productivity,
• adopting digital technologies,
• supporting startups and social entrepreneurship.

Key Outcomes

• Startup Studio – a new platform where aspiring entrepreneurs pitched projects to investors and received expert advice.
• Business Digitalization – an IT forum and workshops on AI and neural networks in entrepreneurship.
• "Business Success" Award – 9 regional winners will represent Bashkortostan at the national level.
• Social Entrepreneurship – roundtables on support measures for 609 social businesses in the republic.
• Women in Business – a forum with 700 female entrepreneurs, consultations, and networking.

Events took place not only in Ufa but also in Salavat, Sterlitamak, Bizhbulyak, Uchaly, and other districts.
